Pool Rules & Regulations

Please read our rules and regulations thoroughly.

Pool Hours 

Weather permitting, the pool is open early June (June 8, 2023) through late August (August 25, 2023). The pool phone number (answered only during open swim hours) is 715-425-0933. Always follow pool rules and lifeguard directions. You may bring pool toys and floaties only during evening open swim. The pool may close early if there are less than 15 swimmers or severe weather; patrons will be able to use a phone to call for a ride.

*For parents and children who have passed level 4. May overlap with swim lessons Monday-Thursday. 

**Sunday through Friday evenings, families have the chance to play with pool toys. You may bring balls, floaties, diving rings, and other toys.

**Children 4 and under are free with paid adult.

Credit and Debit Cards

We are pleased to accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) for your convenience, however due to processing fees, the minimum purchase is $3.00 on a card.

Private Pool Parties

Having a birthday party or another special event? Have fun with a private pool party! Each reservation includes one hour of swimming and fifteen minutes for changing and showering. Pool toys are allowed. Private rentals are available Saturdays or Sundays at 11 a.m. or Saturday evenings at 6:15 p.m. All guests must follow pool rules and lifeguard instructions. If no private pool party times are available, another option is to pay for all your guests to swim during open swim hours. Reserve your pool party online at beginning in early May. (Click on "Reserve a Facility" then "Glen Park")

Private Party Fees

Up to 15 swimmers (1 guard) $75 City Resident or $100 Non-Resident. For 16-30 swimmers (2 guards): base fee plus add one guard for an additional $30. See availability and make your reservation at beginning in early May.

Private Party Cancellation Info

If you cancel at least one week (7 days) in advance you will receive a refund minus a $10 fee. If you cancel within one week (7 days) of your reservation you will forfeit your entire fee. If we need to cancel due to weather, you will receive a refund minus $10 fee to cover fees.


The Glen Park Pool was built as a Civil Works Administration project under President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s “New Deal” during the Great Depression. Work on the pool began in 1933 and continued through 1937.
