Benefits

At the City of River Falls, we are committed to supporting our new, current, and future employees. One way we do that is by providing a generous package of competitive benefits. We are constantly reviewing our compensation package to ensure that it is reflective of job market trends and current responsibilities. We take our role as employee advocates seriously. This includes negotiating the best rates for health and other insurance benefits.

We also champion and support behind-the-scenes benefits that build staff relationships and promote healthy living, including programs like “Dress for your day,” “Healthy F.U.N. Team” events, Ride Your Bike to Work Day, kayaking trips, cooking contests, and much more.
