American Public Power Association
for providing reliable and safe electric service. The APPA RP3 designation signifies a utility's dedication to operating an efficient, safe, and reliable power distribution system. “This honor demonstrates our electric utility’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement,” Kevin Westhuis, utilities director, said. “We couldn’t be prouder to be recognized for the hard work that goes into providing quality electric service to the River Falls community.”
