[ARCHIVED] City Cancellations and Closings

City Hall will be CLOSED Tuesday (March 16) and Wednesday (March 17) for cleaning. Check for closures and cancellations.

City services can be accessed online or by phone (715-425-0900) during regular business hours.

Online services:

  • Obtain permits
  • Report potholes
  • Schedule special refuse pickup
  • Fill out license applications

A utility payment kiosk is available in the immediate front entrance at City Hall beginning March 16 for self-service payment drop-offs.

Building and/or water department inspections will be rescheduled. Request an absentee ballot by mail for the April 7 election. We are strongly encouraging that residents vote by mail. Census forms are available now. You have two new opportunities this time around to fill out the Census: by phone (844-330-2020) or online.
