[ARCHIVED] City Seeking Bids for Glen Park Maintenance Building Exterior Improvements

The City of River Falls will receive sealed bids for Glen Park Maintenance Building Exterior Improvements at the City Clerk’s office in City Hall, 222 Lewis Street, River Falls, Wisconsin 54022, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Foster Room.

Said work shall be in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the City of River Falls Engineering Department.  Any questions concerning this project shall be directed to Jason Raverty, PE, Project Manager at 715-426-3409.

No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of River Falls, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the successful bidder will execute the Contract and furnish a performance bond and payment bond in the total amount of the Contract within ten (10) days after the award of said Contract.

All bids shall be submitted on the forms provided in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Glen Park Maintenance Building Exterior Improvements”.  The City of River Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City.
