The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide snow hauling services for a five-year contract. The contract includes an evaluation after year one before proceeding with the remaining four years. The successful bidder will be a company of sufficient resources to fulfill the requirements of this contract.
The selected vendor will agree to perform the following services:
1. Per hour rates should be based on a per truck cost with the assumption of four hour minimum for the hauling of snow.
2. Hauling is after every snow event at the discretion of the City.
3. Hauling is one time in per occurrence.
4. Availability of at least four quad axle trucks or equivalent per event. Less may be required per event.
